30-Day Matricce Body Sculpt Program
30-Day
Body Sculpt Program
A simple 30-day routine built around your Matricce Red Light Therapy Belt, daily movement and consistent body-care habits.
Before Day 1
Create a baseline so you can judge the full 30-day trend instead of reacting to one random morning.
Front + side photo in similar lighting.
Record waist and target-area measurement.
Write how your skin, comfort and clothes feel.
Repeat check-ins under similar conditions.
Your standard session
Suggested routine: 20 minutes per session if this matches the instructions supplied with your device.
Secure the belt comfortably around the area you are focusing on and follow the device instructions, warnings and recommended frequency. More is not automatically better.
Week 1 · Build the habit +
Your goal this week is not to chase visible changes. Make the routine automatic.
Day 1 — Baseline: Take photos and measurements, then complete your first session.
Day 2 — Repeat: Use the belt at roughly the same time as yesterday.
Day 3 — Move: Add an easy walk or light movement.
Day 4 — Anchor it: Pair Matricce with something you already do.
Day 5 — Notice fluctuations: Observe how food, hydration and bloating affect appearance.
Day 6 — Stay boring: Consistency beats trying to “make up” progress.
Day 7 — Check-in: Take a quick photo and note what made the routine easy or difficult.
Week 2 · Support the routine +
Days 8–10: Keep your routine and add a 10–20 minute walk.
Day 11: Pay attention to hydration and food volume rather than assuming every waist fluctuation is body-fat change.
Day 12: Lock in a repeatable sequence, such as Shower → Matricce → Netflix → Bed.
Day 13: Keep everything simple. Avoid changing five variables at once.
Day 14: Repeat your front photo, side photo and waist measurement.
Week 3 · Make it normal +
Days 15–17: Continue normally. Do not double session time to chase faster results.
Day 18: Choose movement you actually enjoy: gym, walking, cycling, swimming or sport.
Days 19–20: Keep stacking normal days.
Day 21: Take a three-week photo and ask what has changed physically and behaviourally.
Week 4 · Finish without forcing it +
Days 22–25: Stay consistent.
Days 26–28: Decide which parts of the routine are realistic enough to continue after Day 30.
Day 29: Keep it a normal day. Do not manipulate food or water intake for tomorrow's photos.
Repeat your Day 1 photos and measurements as closely as possible. Compare Day 1 → Day 30.

After Day 30
Keep the parts you can realistically maintain. Periodic photos and measurements are usually more useful than checking the mirror constantly.
