We ship from our logistics partners in Hong Kong, China, and other global warehouses depending on the product and your location.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
Don’t worry — once it arrives, you can still return it for a refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and other secure payment options depending on your country.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or sales. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and global shipping logistics, most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us at info@matricce.com and we’ll take care of it.


Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Our prices are listed tax-free in AUD. You may be required to pay duties or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are not covered by Matricce and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us at info@matricce.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve it.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return or processing your cancellation.
If you haven’t seen the refund appear yet, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider first.
