How To Use
Remove your existing shoe insole where possible. Compare it against the Cloud Shock Insole and trim around the toe area if required. Insert it flat inside your shoe with the cushioned side facing upward.

I didn't like the insoles; they are very hard and thin. It's not silicone, it's a kind of rubber material.
